Do you ever have the sudden craving for A piece of cake?
The next birthday or holiday may days or weeks away, or it’s 7 p.m. at night.
Besides, you only want to eat ONE yummy serving and not the whole cake to tempt you!
That’s why I love Microwave mug cakes.
They are just the perfect fill-in for the occasional cake craving.
Mug cakes are so easy to make in a snap, and they don’t have to be boring either. The best thing, there is no clean up required, and you don’t even need bowls or a mixer.

- Stir and mix until well blended.
- Then combine milk, vanilla, and oil.
- Place your cup in the microwave and cook on high for one minute and 30 seconds.

- Next, insert a toothpick in the middle of the cup.
- If it is clean or almost clean, the cake is done and can be placed on a rack or plate to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
- If not done yet, place mug back into microwave and cook for 10 seconds and repeat above steps.(toothpick check)
