Cinnabon’s signature item is a large classic cinnamon roll that is topped with a rich cream cheese frosting. They also sell Minibons (a smaller version of the classic Cinnabon), Cinnabon Stix (pastry sticks dusted with sugar and cinnamon) and Centre of the Roll (bite size pieces taken from the gooey middle of the Cinnabon). The beverage menu includes Coca Cola products, lemonades, coffee, iced coffee, and Chillfact’r Smoothies.

Cinnabon is a chain of baked goods stores and kiosks. The company was founded in 1995 as a single store in the Sea Tac Mall in Washington. In 1986 Cinnabon franchises started opening around the United States. Today there are over 750 Cinnabons in 30 countries around the world. Cinnabon stores are found in malls, military bases, universities, transit stations, casinos and amusement parks.
