Corn On The Cob Recipes, Delicious Ways to prepare your favourite BBQ Side
Summertime is BBQ time. Grilled Sausages, Juicy Steaks, Hamburgers, Baked potatoes, salads and who doesn’t love to have a side of Corn on the cob?
Corn on the Cop is delicious just with butter, salt and pepper spread on top. But isn’t it time to give this sweet, classic BBQ side a little more love?
I have been compiling a few yummy recipes that will put your corn on the cob in the spotlight.
Corn On The Cob with Fresh Garlic Herb Seasoning Butter
Ingredients:
1/2 cup (125ml) of Unsalted Butter Sticks, softened
1/2 cup (125ml) of Parsley (Finely chopped)
1/4 cup (60ml) of Chives (Finely chopped)
1 tbsp (15ml) Thyme (Finely chopped)
1 tbsp (15ml) Roasted Garlic Seasoning Paste
1 tbsp (15ml) Lemon juice
2 tsp (10 m_ Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp Hot sauce
1/4 tsp Salt

Wash and chop herbs.
Mix herbs, soft butter and other ingredients in a medium sized bowl until combined.
Take a large sheet of plastic wrap and scoop the mixture into the middle
Fold the plastic over and roll into a log, and then seal it tightly.
Place the log in the refrigerator and let it chill for two to three
hours.
Take out before serving and let it warm to room temperature
Any leftover herb butter may be frozen, or serve with bread, fish or other vegetables
